玫瑰海棠花梗培养与快速繁殖

【摘要】 本试验以花梗为外植体,进行了玫瑰海棠离体再生与快繁技术研究。结果表明:在附加1.0mg/LBA,0.2mg/L NAA,2%~3%蔗糖的MS固体培养基上可诱导花梗外植体经愈伤组织产生大量不定芽,诱导率达100%;在含1.0mg/L BA,0.2mg/L NAA,3%蔗糖的MS培养基上进行继代培养,增殖系数一般可达4~6;在含1.0mg/LNAA,3%蔗糖的1/2 MS培养基中长根成苗,生根率100%;在泥炭土介质中移栽成活。本试验结果表明玫瑰海棠离体繁殖,增殖系数大,适合于种苗快速繁殖。
【Abstract】 In this experiment, the pedicel was used as explant for ire vitro regeneration for micropropagation in Begonia, manni-i .The obtained results showed that 100% of explants formed adventitious buds via callus on MS media supplemented with 1 .0mg/L BA,0.2mg/L NAA and 2% - 3% sucrose; the proliferated ratios were up to 4 - 6 when they were subcultured on MS medium adding 1. 0mg/L BA, 0. 2mg/L NAA and 3 % sucrose; the rooting percentage was as high as 100 % when they were transferred onto the rooting medium-the half- strength MS medium with 1.0mg/L NAA and 3% sucrose; and the plantlets could survive when transferred into peat soil.The above results indicated that the in vitro propagation was high in proliferation ratio, which was suitable for micropropagation in Begonia mannii.
