【Abstract】 Limonium sinense new series varieties are used for both fresh cut flower and dried flower production. They are belonging to the Plumbaginaceae,This flower is beautiful and a great variety of color (including pink, yellow, golden, silver and blue) .The tissue culture techniques have been used successfully in rapid propagating of L. sinensis-fine new series varieties.They are inoculated on the MS medium supplemented with BA 0.5 mg/L+ NAA 0.5 mg/L.The multiple shoot were induced and propagated.The bud was increased in the ratio of 1:5 - 1:10 a month in the MS medium with NAAlmg/L.
