【摘要】 通过对一些中小企业间的竞争情况进行分析,发现各企业相互独立的树状销售渠道模式,是造成企业间无序竞争的主要原因之一。本文结合中国国情,应用系统可靠性设计的思想与方法,对服务质量进行量化处理,构建了网状销售服务平台,解决了系统的信息流、物流、资金流的动态优化问题,提高了系统为客户提供服务的能力,为解决行业内的无序竞争提供了一种有效方法,并结合实例进行了设计分析。更多还原

【Abstract】 By analyzing the competitions among some medium and small-sized enterprises, this paper finds that the independent mode of tree-shaped sales channel is the major course resulting to the disordered competition. Combining the actual situation of China, we apply the idea and methodology of system reliability designing , quantifying the service quality, we established a net sales-service platform, we solve the problem of the dynamic optimization of information-flow, material-flow and cash-flow, hence system’s capacity of offering service to customers is improved and an effective method is proposed to tackle the disordered competition within industry. Besides, this paper deals with the designing and analysis combining with the actual case.更多还原
