不同基体材料WC/铁基复合材料的抗冲蚀性能研究
A Study on Erosion-Corrosion Resistance of WC/Cast Iron Matrix Composite with Different Matrix Materials

【摘要】 以高铬铸铁作为对比材料,对灰铸铁基、低铬合金白口铸铁基的WC颗粒/铁基局部复合材料的冲刷腐蚀磨损特性进行了研究。结果表明:不同基体材料的复合材料耐冲蚀性都比高铬铸铁好,且高碳低铬白口铸铁基的复合材料耐冲蚀性最好,耐冲蚀性是高铬铸铁材料的3.44倍。
【Abstract】 The properties of Erosion-Corrosion of WC particle reinforced grey iron and low-Chromium white iron matrix composites and high-Chromium cast iron were investigated. The results showed that the erosive resistance of composites with different metal matrix materials were better than that of high-Chromium cast iron, and that the erosive of the composites with low-Chromium cast white iron matrix was the best resistance and its erosive resistance is 3.44 times of high-Chromium cast iron’s.
