表面工程与抗冲蚀磨损防护涂层的进展

【摘要】 对表面工程及抗冲蚀磨损防护涂层的发展作了述评,重点介绍了热喷涂涂层在冲蚀磨损防护方面的应用,并对高速电弧喷涂Fe3Al/WC复合涂层的组织和高温冲蚀磨损性能作了阐述。

【Abstract】 The development of surface engineering and erosion resistant coatings was reviewed. The applications of thermal spray coatings against erosion were introduced. The microstructure and erosion resistance of Fe3AI/WC coating produced by high velocity arc wire spraying was introduced briefly.
