【摘要】 随着企业问竞争压力的日益全球化,实现先进的供应链已经成为企业必不可少的一部分。要能够作出明智的决策,企业需要全面了解自己的库存情况,并建立高效率、高度协调的供货系统。电子商务的实现使得企业通过EDI和Intemet可获得大量实时可用的信息,改变企业处理业务的方式,也使得企业之间的进一步合作成为可能。本文主要通过分析供应链管理中需求的预测问题,建立了一定条件下的合作预测过程模型和基于合作预测的库存补充策略模型,并通过仿真对其性能进行了对比分析。更多还原

【Abstract】 :Electronic commerce and the vast amounts of real-time information available through means of EDIand the Intemet are reshaping the way enterprises conduct business,further cooperation between enterprisesbccome possible.In this paper,we frst develop a model of collaboratiVe forecasting process for demands.inSupply chain management, apply it into the inventory replenishment policy and analyze the performanceimpact of collaborative forecaSting to supply chain by comparing with the general forecaSting.The simulationresults show that the managemcnt level could be increaSed.更多还原
