日粮补充核酸对肉鸡生长发育的影响

【摘要】 为研究日粮核苷酸(NT)对肉仔鸡的营养作用,本试验研究纯合日粮和天然日粮中补充外源核酸对肉仔鸡胃肠道等消化器官及生产性能的影响。试验一,用纯合日粮添加0.025%, 0.05%的核苷酸饲喂5~14日龄肉仔鸡(经0~5日龄无核酸日粮耗竭),测定了各组试鸡肠粘膜、肝脏中蛋白质及RNA含量、日增重、饲料利用率。试验二,1~14日龄肉仔鸡按体重随机分成四组,每组四个重复,分别饲喂玉米豆粕基础日粮(1组),基础日粮中分别添加0.05%(2组)、0.1%酵母核酸(3组)以及基础日粮中含2%鱼粉(4组)。结果表明,纯合日粮中添加NT显著提高雏鸡肠道粘膜和肝脏的蛋白质及RNA含量,肉鸡日增重较对照组提高11~20%(P>0.05)。试验二第2、3、4组的肉仔鸡14日龄饲料利用率提高4~6%(P>0.05)。2、3组鸡4日龄十二指肠重量、3组鸡空肠重量和胰腺重量显著高于对照组(P<0.05);14日龄2组小肠粘膜重显著高于对照组(P<0.05);7日龄小肠粘膜的蛋白酶活性也极显著高于对照组(P<O.01)。研究表明,日粮中添加外源核苷酸对肉仔鸡饲料利用率、胃肠道、胰脏重量、肠粘膜蛋白酶活性均有重要影响。

【Abstract】 The experiment was conducted to study the effect of dietary nucleotides supplement on intestinal mucous enzyme activities, weight of digestive organs and the growth performance of broiler chickens. In trial 1, 72 1-day-old AA chicken were fed purified diet (Nucleotides Free, NF) for 5 days to deplete the nucleotides (NT). Then they were divided into three treatment and fed diet supplemented with NF, NF+0.025% NT, NF+0.05%NT, respectively. The villous height, crypt depth, protein and RNA content in intestinal mucosa and liver in the chicken fed with NF+0.05% NT diet were increased than that of NF diet. In trial 2, a total of 180 broiler chickens at 1 day old were allotted to four treatments (Four replicates each treatment) and fed corn-soybean meal basic diet (diet 1), supplemented with 0.05% nucleic acid (diet 2), 0.1% nucleic acid (diet 3) and diet 4 with 2% fish meal, respectively.The results showed that the growth rate and gain: feed ratio of broiler chickens in treatment 2, 3 and 4 were improved as compared to control. The weight of duodenum and pancreas of treatment2, 3 were higher than that in treatment 1 at the 4th day. Intestinal mucous protease activities in treatment2, 3, 4 were significantly increased at the 7th days (P<0.01).The studies suggested that the nucleotides and/or nucleic acid supplement may affect the development of digestive organs, gut mucous proteins activities and growth performance of broiler chick.
