【摘要】 540只艾维茵肉雏分成9个组,每组60只,日粮Se和维生索E 添加量各3个水平,测定不同Se与维生素E水平对肉鸡的生产性能和某些生化指标的影响。试验表明,日粮不同水平的维生素E和Se组合对28日龄及42日龄平均体重及料重比无显著影响。日粮中维生素E从1～28日龄的10IU提高到30IU,29～42日龄的7IU提高到23IU,以及Se从0.15mg/kg提高到0.30mg/kg时,均使免疫球蛋白IgG上升。1～28日龄时,日粮中添加0.30mg/kg Se和10IU维生素E及29～42日龄时日粮中添加0.30mg/kg Se和23IU生素E可以取得较好的生产效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 540 one-day-old Avine broilers were randomly divided into 9 groups which were fed the diet supplemented with three levels selenium and Vit E respective. The items determined were performance and biochemical indexes for broilers. The results showed that no significant effects were detected on average live weights and feed efficiency. The serum immunoglobulin IgG had a increasing tendency when feed Vit E content was increased from 101U/kg to 30IU/kg at 1-28 days, from 71U/kg to 23IU/kg at 29-42 days, and feed Se content was increased from 0.15 mg/kg to 0.30mg/kg. Added 0.30mg/kg Se and lOIU/kg Vit E to feed at 1-28 days, and added 0.30mg/kg Se and 231U/kg Vit E to feed at 29-42 days can have a good effect on production.更多还原
