3.6~9kg超早期断奶仔猪可消化蛋氨酸需求参数研究

【摘要】 试验选用14日龄、体重约3.6kg的三元杂[杜×(大×长)]断奶仔猪84头,分为7组,每组2个更复,分别饲喂含蛋氨酸(Met)水平为0.28%、0.32%、0.36%、0.40%、0.44%、0.48%、0.53%的玉米-豆粕-花生粕-血浆蛋白粉-乳清粉-乳糖型饲粮,研究蛋氨酸水平对3.6~9kg仔猪生产性能和血清尿素氮浓度的影响。结果表叨:在0.28~0.48%的蛋氨酸水平范围内,随着蛋氨酸水平的升高,仔猪平均日增重显著提高(P<0.05),料重比显著降低(P<0.05),采食量有增加趋势(P>0.05),血清尿素氮浓度极显著降低(P<0.01):但蛋氨酸0.44%组与0.48%组仔猪的生产性能极为接近(P>0.05),蛋氨酸0.53%组仔猪的生产性能又趋于降低。以上给果显示,满足3.6~9kg超早期断奶仔猪生长需要的饲粮蛋氨酸水平为0.44%,饲粮相应的蛋+胱氨酸(Met+Cys)水平为0.79%;以同直吻合术猪测定基础饲粮中蛋氨酸的消化率,则相应的表观和真可消化蛋氨酸需求参数分别为0.405%和0.41%。

【Abstract】 84 three-way crossbred [Durocx(LandracexYorkshire)], early-weaned piglets(initial BW=3.6kg; initial age=14d) were used to evaluate the effects of different dietary methionine levels (0.28%, 0.32%, 0.36%, 0.40%, 0.44%, 0.48% and 0.53%) on performance and serum urea nitrogen (SUN)concentration. The results showed that daily gain increased significantly (P<0.05), feed to gain ratio decreased significantly (P0.05), feed intake trended to increase (P>0.05), SUN concentration decreased very significantly (P< 0.01) as dietary methionine level increased as dietary methionine levels increased from 0.28% to 0.48%. But the performances of the piglets offered 0.44% and 0.48% methionine diets were very similar (P>0.05).The performances of piglets offered 0.52% methionine trended to decrease (P>0.05). It was concluded that dietary methionine requirement of 3.6-9kg early-weaned piglets was 0.44%, the corresponding dietary Met+Cys level was 0.79%, and the true or apparent ileal digestible methionine requirements were 0.41% or 0.405%.
