【摘要】 本研究通过超滤浓缩技术对鸡新城疫病毒、传染性支气管炎病毒、产蛋下降综合症病毒和传染性法氏囊病病毒的尿囊液进行了10倍或10倍以上的浓缩处理。并按一定的比例配比研制成四联油乳剂灭活疫苗,对鸡的最小免疫剂量是0.25ml,免疫接种二周后,鸡新城疫和产蛋下降综合症病毒的HI抗体效价分别达到8log2和7log2以上,传染性支气管炎和传染性法氏囊病病毒抗体S/P值均在0.2以上,抗体效价呈现明显的递增,抗体水平至少可维持4个月以上。这一结果证明该试验采用的禽类病毒性抗原的浓缩方法,适合鸡新城疫病毒、传染性支气管炎病毒、产蛋下降综合症病毒和传染性法氏囊病病毒等不同抗原液的浓缩,同时为其它病毒尿囊液或细胞培养液的浓缩以及不同种类多联疫苗的研制奠定了基础。更多还原

【Abstract】 The antigenic solutions of Newcastle Disease virus (NDV), infectious bronchitis virus (IBV), egg-drop syndrome virus (EDSV) and infectious bursal disease virus (IBDV) were respectively concentrated by 10 times or more, with the ultrafilter condensing technique in this study. The condensing antigenic solutions mixed according to a proportion and developed a combined vaccine against Newcastle Disease, infectious bronchitis, egg-drop syndrome and infectious bursal disease. The minimal immunity dose of this vaccine for chicken is 0. 25 ml. Two weeks after inoculation, titer of antibodies against Newcastle Disease and egg-drop syndrome virus are respectively up to 8log2 and 7log2, S/P’s of antibodies against infectious bronchitis and infectious bursal disease virus are more than 0. 2, their antibody titer are evidently increase by degrees and last for at least 4 months. This result shows that the condensing method of viral allantoid solutions is suited for antigenic condensation of NDV,IBV,EDSV and IBDV, which is a basis for condensation of other viral antigen and preparation of distinct polyvalent vaccines used in veterinary clinic.更多还原
