上市公司业绩评价指标体系及评价方法研究

【摘要】 在分析上市公司财务报表的基础上,提出了上市公司业绩综合评价指标体系,并针对这一指标体系提出了一种综合评价方法,实例计算表明,所得结果与实际情况较为吻合。
【Abstract】 The performance evaluation index system of listed company is put forward according to the analysis of financial statements of listed company. And a comprehensive evaluation method is presented to coordinate with this index system. The demonstration with concrete data proves that the results are relatively correspondent with the practical situation.
