真空太阳能集热管的真空特性及一些有关问题的探讨

【摘要】 经实验测试证明,真空太阳能集热管内的真空度好于10-1Pa,即可满足保温要求,依此制定出合宜排气规范,降低成本,提高生产效率。文章提出了开发新型曲面式集热管、防垢集热管和平板式集热器的建议。并强调改进当前生产设备的必要性。
【Abstract】 By the experiment, a solar energy isolating tube can meet the heat preservation requirement when its vacuum is better than 10-1Pa. We can establish the exhausting pattern according to this point in order to reduce its cost and improve yield efficiency. Good advices are also given about exploitation of new type solar energy isolating tube such as dirty-proof, flat type and curve surface. The article also stress on the necessity of equipment improvement.
