【摘要】 本文观察了乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)ayw亚型转基因小鼠的肝、肾等组织的病理改变.取15只5～48周龄的清洁级(57BL/6J-HBV转基因小鼠及15只C57BL/6J小鼠为对照进行病理大体观察,并取心、肝、脾、肺、肾、肠等组织,切片HE染色和免疫组化特殊染色后进行光镜观察.结果表明,C57BL/6J-HBV转基因小鼠肝脏产生局部明显的炎症反应:肝细胞肿胀、毛玻璃样变性、灶性坏死伴淋巴样细胞浸润,可见肝细胞浆内嗜酸性小体,局部可见巨核肝细胞,偶见多核肝细胞,心、脾、肺、肾、肠等脏器未见明显的病理改变;免疫组化分析说明,血清HBsAg为阳性的15只小鼠肝组织有HBsAg的存在,且HBsAg的分布呈胞质型,但不存在于脾、肺、心等组织中,血清HBsAg为阴性的15只小鼠其心、肺、肝、脾、肾、肠等组织中均未见HBsAg的存在;发现两只48周龄C57BL/6J-HBV转基因小鼠患肝细胞癌.更多还原

【Abstract】 We made pathologic observation on C57BL/6J - HBV (ayw) transgenic nuce.HBV transgenic mice (15 cases, 5-48 weeks) in sterile grade and the corresponding control mice (15 cases) were selected for the study.The heart, liver, spleen, lung. kidney and intestine of each mouse were taken for gross pathologic, histopathologic and immunochem-istry examinations under light microscope.The results showed that the swelling, hyaline changes, necrosis and partly obvious inflammation were found in liver cells in C57BL/6J - HBV transgenic mice while no pathologic changes were demonstrated in those organs mentioned above. Immunochemistry examination indicated that HBV gene was expressed in livers.Two cases (48 weeks) of hepatocellular cancer were detected in C57BL/6J - HBV transgenic mice.更多还原
