【摘要】 麻醉性镇痛剂不仅应用于外科手术,晚期癌症病人止痛,而且现在被广泛地用于正常人吸食毒品,成瘾性强,危害大,一日吸毒,终身戒毒.我们采用昆明小鼠建立成瘾性实验模型,易观察,而使用的生物因子治疗小鼠戒断症状效果好,且该药物由芽胞杆菌接种在特殊培养基中,经分离,提纯而获得,无依赖性,无毒副作用,价格低,有很好地开发前景.更多还原

【Abstract】 When narcotic analgetic benefits people experiecing operation or theose with advanced carcinoma, it is also increasingly used by addictives. Abuse of narcotic analgetic does a great harm for its intensive addiction. We establish an animal model to mimic human addiction and investigate the effect of biological factor on it.The results indicate that the model is successful and bio- factor has positive effect.The just biological factor, stemming from bacillus, proves promisisng future for characteristics of independence, no side - effects and a low price.更多还原
