光在多层生物组织中传输的蒙特卡罗模拟

【摘要】 提出一种基于蒙特卡罗方法的数学模型:建立一个移动的球坐标系采样光子包传输方向:模拟了光在多层具有不同光学参数的组织中传输的漫反射率、漫透射率和光通量等光学特性,并将结果与已发表的结果进行对比,验证了该算法的正确性。
【Abstract】 A mathematical model based on the Monte Carlo method is presented. The light transporting is simulated in multi-layered biological tissues (MCML) with different optical parameters in a movable spherical coordinate. The optical properties of diffuse reflectance, diffuse transmittance and light fluency are simulated, The results are compared with the published ones. This model is validated.
