6063-飞灰颗粒复合材料的减振性能分析

【摘要】 本文采用搅拌铸造法制备成以铝合金为基体、飞灰颗粒作为增强体、飞灰含量(Vol%)分别为5%、10%、15%、20%的铝基飞灰复合材料,用内耗技术研究了铝基飞灰复合材料的阻尼行为。在本试验条件下,铝基飞灰复合材料的内耗均高于铝基体的内耗,并存在阻尼对飞灰颗粒大小、体积百分含量、测量频率、温度的依赖关系。初步探讨了该复合材料的阻尼机制。
【Abstract】 The stir-casting method is utilized in this paper to synthesize Al/fly ash composites which use Al alloy as matrix and use fly ash particles as additive with 5%, 10% , 15% , 20%(volume percentage) respectively. The damping behavior of Al/fly ash composites is studied by measuring composite’s internal friction values. Under the condition of this series of experiments, Al/fly ash composites have a higher internal friction values than that of Al matrix and also show the dependency of internal friction on fly ash particle size, volume percentage , vibration frequency and temperature. The relationship of temperature , vibration frequency and internal friction is simulated by three-dimension profile. The damping mechanism of composites are preliminary studied in this paper.
