三维编织碳纤维/环氧复合材料的制备与性能研究

【摘要】 采用真空浸渍工艺,成功地制备了三维编织碳纤维/环氧复合材料,并用金相显微镜对微观结构进行了观察,发现基体与纤维间浸润良好。力学试验表明,该材料具有良好的力学性能,是一种极有发展潜力的复合材料。
【Abstract】 A 3D braided carbon fiber/epoxy composite material was successfully prepared using the vacuum impregnation technology. The microstructures of this material were studied with an OLYMPUS-BH optical microscope. It was found that the bonding between the matrix and fibers was perfect. The results of mechanical tests showed that this composite material has good mechanical behavior and great potentialities.
