用酚醛树脂粘结剂制备的碳纤维/中铜石墨复合材料的组织与性能

【摘要】 研究了用酚醛树脂作粘结剂制备的碳纤维/中铜石墨复合材料的部分性能。并用扫描电镜观察了它的显微组织和磨面形貌。结果表明,用酚醛树脂作粘结剂制备的碳纤维,中铜石墨复合材料具有良好的减摩耐磨性能和较低的电阻率。
【Abstract】 The properties of carbon fiber/medium copper-graphite composite prepared with phenolic resin adhesive has been studied, and its microstructure and wearing surface were observed under the scanning electron micrscope. The results show that carbon fiber/medium copper-graphite composite prepared with pherolic resin adhesive has the better properties of antifriction and wear resistance and the lower resistivity.
