【Abstract】 Enter the nineties, along with trade form of financial derivative tend to complication andtrade quantity cf financial derivative tend to enlargement,Financial Storm produced by a series of financial derivative be on the increase day by day,the whole world financiers have different opinion and comment on this phenomenon. In my opinion, financial derivative only is a kind of innovation tool in the field of finance,it has both advantage and disadvantage. In the financial derivative market of high profit and. high rise co-existed, the only method is to strengthen supervision and management,the whole financial system can operate healthfully,otherwise,it will induce the whole world of financial crisis.更多还原
