【摘要】 跨国公司是现代企业制度创新性扩展的一个重要方式。目前,世界跨国公司发展呈现如下四种新趋势:跨国公司的收购兼并趋势增强;跨国公司向跨国战略联盟发展;跨国公司投资产业结构加速向服务业发展;跨国公司从简单一体化战略向复合一体化战略发展。我国目前的跨国公司尚处于起步阶段,今后我国应结合当今世界跨国公司发展趋势和本国企业的实际来发展自己的跨国公司。更多还原

【Abstract】 Transnational corporation is an important creative expansion mode of modernized enterprise system. Currently development of world transnational corporation has four main new trends. The Chinese transnational corporation is only in a early stage of development and is facing many problems.
