循环伏安技术电诱导棕色固氮菌成为抗氨阻遏菌株的研究

【摘要】 设计电诱导好氧微生物成为突变菌株的电解池。采用循环伏安技术电诱导棕色固氮菌成为抗氨阻遏的菌株,其菌株的最高耐氨率可达8mMNH4+左右。农田实验结果表明,直接施用该菌于农田中,能促使玉米及花生增产5~10%,菌体的耐氨程度与土壤中的土质及组分有着密切关联。
【Abstract】 An electrolytic cell was designed to electro-induce aerobic microorganism for forming mutant strain. Azotobactervinelandii was electro-induced into the strain with ammonium-resistant by cyclic voltammetry, which the strain showedinsensitive to come up to 8mMNH4. The experimental results showed that increasing 5~10% yields of corn and peanutwere obtained after the strain is directly manured into the farm land . The degree of ammonium-resistant of the strain is tightly connected with quality and composition of the soil.
