45钢表面WC/Ni金属陶瓷激光熔覆层的组织结构

【摘要】 采用X射线、扫描电镜、透射电镜及选区电子衍射等手段研究了45钢表面WC/Ni金属陶瓷激光涂覆层的组织结构及形成机制。试验结果表明,熔覆层由未熔的WC颗粒、颗粒间的粘结相γ-Ni基固溶体及少量γ-Ni+M6C共晶组成;熔覆层的组织形貌受参量G/v(温度梯度/凝固速度)及涂层的成分分布特征控制。
【Abstract】 Microstructure and formation mechanism of laser cladded WC/Ni metal ceramics on 45 steel has been investigated with X-ray, scanning electron microscopy, transmitting electron microscopy and selected area electronic diffraction techniques, etc. Results show that the laser cladded coating exhibits unmelted WC grains,intergranular Y-Ni based solid solution as the adhesion phase,and a small amount of Y-Ni + M6C eutectic; the microstructural morphology of the laser cladded coating is controlled by the ratio of the temperature gradient to solidification speed, G/u, and distribution characteristics of the chemical composition in the coating.
