轴承钢中钛与氮的控制及作用研究

【摘要】 研究了轴承钢中氮和钛形成氮化钛夹杂的条件及其对轴承钢质量的影响,结果表明:轴承钢中的氮化钛夹杂是在凝固过程中析出的。当氮、钛含量较高,氮化钛在固液两相区析出,其尺寸较大,对性能特别有害。将钢中的钛含量降到30×106以下,氮含量降到 60×10-6, 氮化钛的析出温度将降到固相线以下,析出的夹杂尺寸很小,对钢性能的不利影响较小。

【Abstract】 The conditions of titanium nitride inclusion (TiN) formation and effects of nitrogen and titanium on quality of bearing steel have been investigated. The TiN inclusion in bearing steel is precipitated in the solidification process. When nitrogen and titanium content in steel is high,the TiN inclusion which is damaged to the steel performance is formed in two phase area of solid and liquid,and the size of the inclusion is large. If titanium content is less than 30×10-6 and nitrogen content is less than 60×10-6,the inclusion precipitated below temperature of solid phase line has little effect on the property owing to refine grain.
