【Abstract】 It is necessary to treat quality and cost of rolled products with new concepts under new economic growth conditions. Given the international tendency in the last decade, some new concepts on quality and cost of rolled products can be described as follows: (1) market-oriented omni-bearing quality concept; (2) the concept that emphasize the overall society cost. It is pointed out that increasing technological investment and making technological innovations continuously are the key points for a enterprise to survive competitively, and the optimum technological strategy is simply to improve quality and to reduce cost synchronously.更多还原
