35CrNi3MoV钢镁处理的效果

【摘要】 在实验条件下探讨了镁处理35XrNi3MoV钢液的效果。结果表明,适量镁使其室温和-40℃冲击功Akv提高6~26 J,并降低了钢的韧脆转变温度,改善了断裂韧性和高温持久性能。该钢中最佳镁含量范围为0.0030%~0.0065%。

【Abstract】 The paper describes the effect of magnesium treatment on 35CrNi3MoV steel in the laboratory . The results reveal that room temperature and -40℃ impact energy AKV of 35CrNi3MoV steel with rational Mg addition is increased by 6-26 J comparing with that of original steel . The ductile to brittle transition temperature of 35CrNi3MoVMg steel is decreased. And the fracture toughness and stress rupture properties at elevated temperature are improved. The optimai Mg contentrange is from 0. 0030 % to 0. 0065 %.
