【摘要】 综合阐述了鞍钢ANS-OB工艺在实际应用中提高钢质量的效果,即钢水温度和成分调整,钢中气体和铸坯中夹杂物与铸坯的低倍质量情况。鞍钢第三炼钢厂200 t钢包ANS-OB钢水加热综合精炼技术,经几年来的生产实践证明,其工艺顺行,设备简单可靠,处理效果稳定,特别适用于转炉配连铸的高节奏的生产工艺流程。升温速度可在3～6℃/min范围内调控,升温幅度平均约为30℃或者更高些,处理率100%,OB升温率达到50%,大幅度提高了上机钢水温度稳定和成分控制精度。为充分发挥转炉、连铸等主体生产设备能力起到了积极作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 The effect of ANS-OB on steel quality, including steel temperature and composition, non-metallic inclusion and gas content and macrostructure of the strand is described in the paper. ANS-OB is reliable and simple in operation, it is especially good for high efficiency process with converter and continuous casting machine. The heating rate can be controlled with in 3-6℃/min, and average temperature increase is 30 ’C or more. Now 100 % percent of liquid steel is treated by ANS, 50 % treated with OB, the consistency of liquid steel temperature and composition is greatly increased.
