电弧炉兑铁水冶炼工艺的试验研究

【摘要】 在180 kV·A实验型直流电弧炉上进行了兑入0~50%铁水冶炼工艺的试验研究。结果表明,每加入10%的铁水可使冶炼时间缩短约6.7%,电耗降低5.5%。吨钢氧气消耗量应随铁水比例的增加而增加,当铁水比例为30%时适宜值为25 m3/t。在高碳范围内熔池脱碳反应速度与供氧强度和氧气利用率成正比。而提高吹氧压力可以提高氧气利用率。在本试验条件下高碳范围内脱碳速度大于0.1%/min,明显高于传统电炉。另外,兑铁水方法不同冶炼指标也有差异,根据厂家的实际情况合理选择兑铁水方法也十分重要。

【Abstract】 Tests with hot metal ratio in charge from 0 to 50 % were carried out on a laboratory-scale electric arc furnace with 180 kV · A transformer. The results show that the power-on time can be shortened by 6. 7 %, and power consumption can be reduced by 5. 5 % when 10 % hot metal is charged into the EAF. The oxygen input is increased with the increase of hot metal ratio. The reasonable value of oxygen consumption is approximately 25 rn3/t at a hot metal ratio of 30 %. The decarburization rate in bath is proportional to the intensity of oxygen supply and the utilization ratio of oxygen depends on the oxygen pressure. The decarburization rate in the test was higher than 0. 1 %/min in the bath of high carbon content, which was much higher than in conventional EAF. The mode of hot metal charging should be carefully chosen considering the practical conditions in a given steel plant because it can strongly influence the main production indexes.
