电炉炼钢生产技术的发展与节能增效

【摘要】 结合国际国内电炉炼钢生产技术的发展,论述了关于电炉炼钢的四点认识,并指出作为一种“常规”炼钢技术的超高功率电弧炉其技术特征是提高生产率,应以此为主,带动各项指标综合改善。文中还给出5项节能增效具体措施,并结合我国实际作了较详尽的讨论和分析。
【Abstract】 Considering the development of EAF (electric arc furnace) steelmaking production technology in China and abroad, this paper discusses four points on EAF steelmaking, that is, as a "normal" steelmaking technology, UHP-EAF’s technical character is to increase productivity, which can drive the comprehensive improvement of the other indexes. The five specific measures about energy saving and efficiency raising are also presented and discussed in this paper.
