高炉神经网络专家系统的开发应用

【摘要】 从高炉生产实际的功能需求出发,根据我国高炉的工艺条件、设备状况和检测手段,采用神经网络与专家系统相结合的方法,建立了在线实时控制型高炉专家系统。该系统成功地对高炉的稳定顺行、维护合理操作炉型提供指导,从而有利于实现高炉生产的“优质、高产、长寿、低耗”。
【Abstract】 To meet the needs of practical function in the production of blast furnace and according to the technical condition, unit status and checking methods of the blast furnace in China, a real-time on line expert system of blast furnace has been developed by the method of combining neural network with expert system. The application of the system is helpful to stabilize the process condition, maintain the suitable blast furnace working profile, and thus realize excellent quality, high production, long campaign life and low cost in blast furnace production.
