【Abstract】 This paper introduces minipelleted sinter process and it’s characteristics of new built 24 m2 sintering machine brought into operation on June, 1996. After one year’s operational practice, in the first quarter of 1997, sintering rate reaches 1. 875 t/ (m2 · h) , the FeO content of sinter is 9. 1 % , the tumbler index (ISO) reaches 71. 25 % , the solid fuel rate is 49. 1 kg/t all the indices are prominent to normal sinter. In addition, ironmaking achieves good results, the production increases and the coke rate decreases. It is obvious that minipelleted sinter process can increase sinter production, improve sinter quality, and decrease the solid fuel consumption, therefore, the technology is worthy of being put wide use.更多还原
