节能型环形加热炉设计与生产实践

【摘要】 阐述了如何结合轧机及整个车间设备情况,发挥潜力,合理确定炉型结构。以降低能源消耗,适应轧机增产为依据,科学确立各项技术经济指标。炉型结构独具特色,技术措施先进、可行。自1995年11月底投入运行以来,能源消耗指标(标煤)已达57.608 kg/t(坯),年节约煤气482.4万m。,钢管产量增加32.65%。年创经济效益214.03万元。
【Abstract】 This paper gives an outline of rational selection of furnace type considering the rolling mill and other equipment. The technical and economic indexes are scientifically established on the basis of energy saving and adaptation to the increasing productivity of rolling mill. The structure of ring type furnace is of unique character, technical solutions are advanced and feasible. Indexes reached are: energy consumption rate 57. 608 kg/t (bloom), annual gas saving 482. 4 mil. m3, increment in tube productivity 32. 65 %, annual economic benefit 2. 14 mil. Yuan.
