【摘要】 采用常规空气干燥法制备骨髓细胞染色体,首次报道了鹰科中凤头鹰、赤腹鹰、凤头鹃隼3种鸟类的核型,并与已报道的鹰科种类进行比较.结果表明鹰科鸟类具有多而短的大染色体,长度匀称的核型.除个别特化情况外,种间及属间核型差异不大,从而支持了鸟类核型在进化过程中有较强保守性的观点.更多还原

【Abstract】 The Karyotypes of 3 species of Accipitridae birds were first reported with colchicine-hy-potonic-air drying technique from bone marrow cells. The results were given as follows: Ac-copirer trivirgatus 2n=68, Accipiter soloensis 2n=66, Aviceda leuphotes 2n=64. They were compared with Accipitredae species that were reported before. The results showed that Accipitridae birds have a lot of short and large chromosomes with karyotypes that have well-proportioned. There were few differences of karyotypes among species and genera, except some special species. Therefore, the results again prove the hypothesis that bird Karyotype is exceedingly conservative in the course of evolution.更多还原
