两种胡子鲶的形态及同工酶的比较研究

【摘要】 本文报道了采自云南西双版纳勐海的一种胡子鲶C.sp的形态及同工酶的研究结果.共检测C.sp.的20种酶的3O个基因座位,其中6个为多态座位;测量1O项形态性状,记录5项可数性状.与我国已报道的胡子鲶C.fuscus和两栖胡子鲶C.batrachus以及引进种革胡子鲶C.lazera相比较,C.sp.与这三个种都有显著差异,但与C.lazera的亲缘关系较近,因此本文着重对这两个种进行比较研究.从同工酶数据和形态性状分析,作者认为C.sp.与C.lazera达到亚种的分类水平,C.sp.是我国胡子鲶属的一个新记录.

【Abstract】 A cat fish, Clarias sp. , found in Menghai, Xishuangbanna, Yunnan was studied on isozyme and morphology. Data on 10 measural and 5 meristic characters were count up, and 30 loci of isozymes were determined by means of starch gel electrophoresis. Compared the data of Clarias sp. with that of C. fuscus , C. batrachus and C. lazera, which we had showed before, we found significant differences among Clarias sp. and other three species, but closer relationships between C. sp. and C.lazera. So we focused our studies on these two species, C. sp. and C. lazera. According to the results based on enzymic and morphologic data, we consider that C. sp. and C. lazera belong to different subspecies, and C. sp. is a new record of genus Clarias in China.
