海水中的铜对中国对虾体内氨基酸含量及代谢的影响

【摘要】 本文研究了水环境中铜对中国对虾Penaeus chinensis体内氨基酸含量的影响.实验结果表明:CU2+能使对虾肌肉组织必需氨基酸、非必需氨基酸、鲜味氨基酸及氨基酸总含量升高.当海水中外加Cu2+浓度为2μg/L时,必需氨基酸、非必需氨基酸总量、鲜味氨基酸及氨基酸总量均略上升.牛磺酸和鸟氨酸则比对照组提高16%和41%.缬氨酸、组氨酸、丝氨酸含量比对照组提高10.4%、13.9%和28.6%.但当外加Cu2+浓度大于2μg/L时随着铜离子浓度的增加,鲜味氨基酸含量和牛磺酸含量降低,酪氨酸保持在高于对照组5~10%范围.脯氨酸随着CU2+浓度增加(2~200μg/L)升高后又降低但高于对照组,并比其它氨基酸受铜离子浓度影响明显,提高幅度大.当海水中外加Cu2+浓度达到2μg/L或80μg/L时,中国对虾血淋巴中碱性磷酸酶呈现较高活性.

【Abstract】 The effects of copper in the sea water environment on the metabolism and amino acid contents in the body of Penaeus chinensis were studied. Results showed that the copper could make various amino acid contents (essential amino acids, nonessential amino acids, flavor amino acids and the total amino acids) in the prawn musclar tissues increased. Tau and Orn contents increased by 16% and 14%, Val, His, Ser contents by 10.4%, 13.9% and 28. 6%, compared to the control group when copper concentration of 2μg/L was added into the experimental sea water. However, when copper concentration was over 2μg/L, flavoramino acids and Tau contents decreased and Tyr content was maitained in the level of 5-10% over the control group. With copper concentration going up (2-200μg/L), Pro contents increased significantly, afterwards decreased. The effect of copper on Pro was more significant than the other amino acids. Meanwhile copper can activate and increase the content of proteins.
