【摘要】 1986年9月～1987年4月和1998年9月分别对迁徙至长江口的两种滨鹬重金属富集状况进行了测定.1998年9月红胸滨鹬Calidris ruficollis新羽的重金属含量(除了镉)高于身体其它部位,5种重金属在肝脏内的积累都较高.比较1986年9月黑腹滨鹬Calidris alpina的重金属富集量发现,亚太鹬类迁徙路线上的滨鹬繁殖地的环境重金属含量有所下降,尤其是铅.文中探讨了这些结果的环境检测意义.更多还原

【Abstract】 In September 1986 to April 1987 and September 1998, the contents of heavy metals in two species of waders (Calidris ruficollis and Calidris alpina) in the estuary of Yangtze River were measured. The contents of Pb, Zn, Cu and Cr in the feather of Calidris ruficollis are higher than those in the other parts of the birds. Pb, Zn, Cu, Cd and Cr are highly accumulated in the liver. Compared with the data from Calidris alpina in September 1986, the contents of heavy metals in the breeding areas of these waders decreased in the last decade, es-pacially Pb. The significance of environmental monitoring from the results are discussed in the paper.更多还原
