榨莱CMS系瘤状茎形成期植株生长与光合作用的研究

【摘要】 本研究测定了榨菜胞质雄性不育系在瘤状茎形成时期植株生长状况、叶面积、叶片厚度及比叶重发育规律、叶绿素含量及光合等指标.结果显示,胞质雄性不育系的生长速率、叶片厚度、比叶重及叶绿素含量要明显低于保持系;叶面积发育速度也比较慢.胞质雄性不育系的光合速率比保持系的低,但二者在瘤状茎形成期有相似的变化趋势.榨菜以第2,3,4叶片的单位净光合最强.不育系和保持系的光饱和点分别为1800μmol quanta·m-2.s-1和1400 umolquanta·m-2.s-1,而光补偿点分别为100μmol quanta·m-2.s-1和50μmol quanta·m-2.s-1.

【Abstract】 The plant growth, leaf area, leaf thickness, specific leaf weight, chlorophyll content and photosynthetic rate were measured in cytoplasmic male sterile stem mastard (Brassica juncea var. tsalsai) during stem swelling stage. The results showed that the plant growth rate , leaf thickness, specific leaf weight and chlorophyll content in cytoplsmic male sterile plants was lower than that in its maintainer lines. The development of leaf area also slowed. The net photosyntllesic rate in CMS was low compared to the maintainer lines. The net photosynthesic rate in single leaf was higher in the position of the 2nd , 3rd and 4th bearing leaf from the basal. The light saturation point is 1800 umol quanta·m-2 s-1 in CMS, and 1400 umol quanta·m -2 s-1 in the maintainer lines. The light compensation point is 100 umol quanta·m-2 s)(-1) in CMS, and 50 umol quanta·m-2 s-1 in the maintainer lines.
