【摘要】 本文介绍近年来我们在龙眼体细胞胚胎发生方面的系列研究工作.我们以龙眼幼胚或花药为起始材料,建立了可长期继代保持的胚性愈伤组织系及其高频率体细胞胚胎发生和植株再生体系;由松散型的胚性愈伤组织系快速建立了具有强烈体细胞胚胎发生能力的胚性悬浮细胞系,并由之进一步建立了单细胞和原生质体的体胚发生系统.更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper reported our recent work on the somatic embrogenesis in longan. Immature embryos or anthers were used as explants, resulting in stable embryogenic calli, and consistently high frequency of somatic embryogenesis and plant regeneration. Then, embrogenic suspensions with strong embryogenetic capacity were established from the embryogenic calli; and somatic embryogensis from single cells and protoplasts was achieved from these suspensions.更多还原
