【摘要】 对黑穗醋栗不同品种果实中总糖、总酸、维生素C、红色素、氨基酸、无机元素及种子中脂肪酸种类及含量进行了系统研究.结果表明,黑穗醋栗果实中含有丰富的糖、有机酸、维生素C、红色素、无机元素和16种氨基酸,其中7种是人体必需氨基酸.种子中含有7种脂肪酸,其中γ-亚麻酸含量较高,它是抗心血管疾病的药理活性成分更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper was studied the total sugar, total acid, vitamin C, pigment, amino acids and inorganic elements in black current fruit and the fatty acids in its seed. The re-sults showed that there are plentiful vitamin C, pigment , inorganic elements and 16 kinds of amino acids in it. There are 7 kinds of essential amino acids among those amino acids there are 7 kinds of fatty acids, γ - linolenic acid is a important medical composition in it .更多还原
