【摘要】 在当今竞争激烈的保险市场环境下,代理人的培训和发展是决定企业成败的关键因素之一。PA保险公司代理人培训面临着培训效率低、效果不理想、个性化不足等一系列问题,这不仅影响了代理人的成长和业务表现,也制约了公司的整体发展。本研究旨在探讨如何通过数智化技术来解决这些问题,并提出有效的改进方案。本论文以PA保险公司的代理人培训为研究对象,通过文献法、问卷调查法和访谈法进行深入分析。首先,利用文献研究法对国内外相关理论文献进行了全面解读,深入了解数智化技术在培训中的应用现状和方法。在此基础上,设计并执行了针对PA保险公司代理人的访谈和调查问卷,从中揭示出该公司在培训中存在的主要问题,如从培训需求分析到培训内容、师资力量、培训效果评估以及科技赋能等方面都存在一定的问题及改进提升空间。为解决这些问题,本文引入了一套系统的数智化赋能方案,包括建设数据中台、搭建智能学习推荐系统、引入AI能力以及建立训战结合的培训效果反馈机制。该方案旨在通过先进的技术手段,提升培训效率,降低成本,并提供个性化的学习体验。本文从方案的设计思路、具体实施过程、评估与反馈机制、以及保障措施等方面详细阐述了数智化赋能在PA保险公司代理人培训中的应用。本文的研究结果表明,数智化赋能不仅有效解决了PA保险公司在代理人培训中存在的主要问题,还为未来的培训优化提供了有价值的参考和借鉴。随着技术的不断进步和应用的深入,数智化技术在培训中的应用前景广阔,有望继续推动保险行业培训体系的创新和发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 In today’s highly competitive insurance market,the training and development of agents are critical factors determining the success of an enterprise.PA Insurance Company faces a range of issues in its agent training programs,including low efficiency,unsatisfactory outcomes,and a lack of personalization.These challenges not only affect the growth and performance of the agents but also hinder the overall development of the company.This study aims to explore how digital and intelligent technologies can address these problems and proposes effective improvement strategies.This paper focuses on the agent training at PA Insurance Company,employing literature review,survey,and interview methodologies for in-depth analysis.Initially,the literature review method is used to comprehensively interpret relevant theoretical literature from both domestic and international sources,gaining deep insights into the current applications and methods of digital technologies in training.Based on this foundation,targeted interviews and surveys were designed and conducted with PA Insurance Company’s agents,uncovering the main issues in their training programs.To address these problems,this paper introduces a systematic digital empowerment solution,which includes the construction of a data platform,the development of an intelligent learning recommendation system,the integration of AI capabilities,and the establishment of a training feedback mechanism that combines theoretical learning with practical exercises.This solution aims to enhance training efficiency,reduce costs,and provide personalized learning experiences through advanced technological means.The paper details the design concepts,specific implementation processes,evaluation and feedback mechanisms,and supporting measures of the digital empowerment in PA Insurance Company’s agent training.The research findings indicate that digital empowerment effectively resolves the primary issues in PA Insurance Company’s agent training and offers valuable insights for future training optimization.As technology continues to advance and its applications deepen,the potential for digital technologies in training is vast,promising to further drive innovation and development in the insurance industry’s training systems.更多还原
