【摘要】 自党成立以来,思想政治教育话语随着时代的发展经历了诸多变迁,所以本文为推动新时代思想政治教育话语创新发展,从历史角度出发探寻思想政治教育话语的历史演变进程,试图从中获取话语发展的经验。本文首先对相关话语概念进行了严格界定,深入剖析了中国共产党思想政治教育话语的要素构成,同时追溯了思想政治教育话语的丰富理论来源。党成立一百多年来,思想政治教育话语的发展演变经历了艰辛探索期、曲折前进期、完善发展期以及创新发展期,进而对每一个历史时期又进行了阶段细分。在此基础上总结概括了各个时期的话语发展所具有的基本特征,即话语主体的引领性、话语内容的时代性、话语表达的通俗性、话语载体的多样性这四个特征。要想推进新时代思想政治教育话语创新发展,我们必须要从历史中汲取实践经验,即坚持马克思主义,增强思想政治教育话语政治高度;坚守人民立场,永葆思想政治教育话语活力;结合时代指向,充实思想政治教育话语内容;拓展传播空间,丰富思想政治教育话语载体。最后,在总结概括思想政治教育话语的基本特征和基本经验之后,党立足于新时代这一新的历史方位,对新时代党的思想政治教育话语创新发展提出了更高的要求,探讨了中国共产党思想政治教育话语发展对新时代的现实启示,主要从三个方面展开讨论并详细论述:一是紧扣新时代话语主旋律,强化思想政治教育话语内容的解释力;二是坚持人民为中心话语立场,扩大思想政治教育话语的感染力;三是建立全媒体话语传播体系,提升思想政治教育话语的传播力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Since the founding of the Party,the ideological and political education discourse has experienced many changes with the development of the times,so this paper,in order to promote the innovation and development of the ideological and political education discourse in the new era,explores the historical evolution process of the ideological and political education discourse from a historical perspective,and tries to obtain the experience of the discourse development from it.This paper firstly defines the relevant discourse concepts strictly,analyzes in depth the composition of the elements of the ideological and political education discourse of the Communist Party of China(CPC),and at the same time traces the rich theoretical sources of the ideological and political education discourse.Over the past one hundred years since the founding of the Party,the development and evolution of the ideological and political education discourse has gone through a period of arduous exploration,a period of tortuous progress,a period of perfect development and a period of innovative development,and then each historical period has been subdivided into stages.On this basis,the basic characteristics of the discourse development in each period are summarized,namely,the four characteristics of the discourse subject’s leadership,the epochal nature of the discourse content,the popularity of the discourse expression,and the diversity of the discourse carriers.In order to promote the innovative development of ideological and political education discourse in the new era,we must draw practical experience from history,namely,adhering to Marxism,enhancing the political height of the ideological and political education discourse;adhering to the people’s position,maintaining the vitality of the ideological and political education discourse;combining with the direction of the times,enriching the content of the ideological and political education discourse;and expanding the space of dissemination,enriching the ideological and political education discourse carriers.Finally,after summarizing and outlining the basic features and basic experience of the ideological and political education discourse,the Party,based on the new historical position of the new era,put forward higher requirements for the innovation and development of the Party’s ideological and political education discourse in the new era,and explored the reality of the development of the ideological and political education discourse of the Communist Party of China on the new era,which was discussed and elaborated in detail from three main aspects:firstly,keeping in mind the main theme of the discourse in the new era.The first is to stick to the main theme of the discourse in the new era and strengthen the explanatory power of the content of the discourse of ideological and political education;the second is to adhere to the people-centered discourse stance and expand the infectious power of the discourse of ideological and political education;and the third is to establish an all-media discourse dissemination system and enhance the dissemination power of the discourse of ideological and political education.更多还原
