【摘要】 建筑业逐渐发展成为我国重要的支柱产业之一,与此同时也带来了资源浪费、环境污染等问题,建筑业亟需转型升级。装配式建筑以其低污染、低耗材、高效率等优势,逐渐成为建筑业未来发展的重要方向。构件生产环节是装配式建筑实施过程中的重要部分,但由于现有PC构件厂标准化与自动化程度普遍不高、生产管理与总包协同不到位等因素,导致构件规格多样,PC构件厂成本居高不下,一定程度上限制了该技术的推广。本文以PC构件厂成本为研究对象,首先对国内外装配式建筑与PC构件厂发展和成本研究情况、作业成本管理、层次分析法、结构方程模型等基础理论进行了系统梳理和研究。其次,在PC构件厂成本构成分析及相关文献、现场调研的基础上,总结出PC构件厂成本影响因素,并利用层次分析法构建了PC构件厂的成本模型,确定了14个关键因素,并将其归类为构件标准化程度、产能饱和度、管理成熟度、设备先进性及政策支持度五类,其中管理成熟度影响程度最大。然后,构建PC构件厂成本关键影响因素的结构方程模型并实证分析,验证了PC构件厂成本因素影响路径的8个假设,得出PC构件厂成本各影响因素之间的关联路径及对成本的内在影响。最后,根据SEM模型分析结果,提出了各阶段降低成本的解决思路和对策,对策主要围绕产业链拓展、信息化技术应用、智能建造方面展开,为相关产业企业提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 The construction industry has gradually developed into one of the important pillar industries,that has also brought the waste of resources and environmental pollution,and it is time to transform and upgrade its development model.The prefabricated building can reduce the pollution,reduce the consumables and make the construction more efficient,that has gradually become an important direction for the future development of the construction industry.The production of PC component is an important part of the prefabricated building implementation process,but due to the low level of standardization and automation in existing PC component factories and the lack of coordination between production management and the general contract,as a result,the component specifications are various and the cost of PC component factory is high,which limits the promotion of this technology to a certain extent.This thesis takes the cost of PC component factory as the object of study.Firstly,this thesis compares the development and cost research of prefabricated building and PC component factories,analytic hierarchy process,and the structural equation model at home and abroad.Secondly,by analyzing the cost structure of PC component factory,on the basis of the related literature and field investigation,the factors influencing the cost of PC component factory are summarized,and the cost model of PC component factory is constructed by using the analytic hierarchy process.14 key factors were identified and classified into five categories:component standardization,capacity saturation,management maturity,equipment advancement and policy support.Then,by constructing the structural equation model of the key factors affecting the cost of the PC component factory and empirical analysis,the 8 hypotheses that the cost factors of the PC component factory affect each other are verified.The associated path and its inherent impact among the factors influencing the cost of PC component factory is obtained.Finally,this thesis puts forward the ideas and countermeasures of expansion of the industrial chain,application of information technology,intelligent Construction,which can provide reference for related industrial enterprises.更多还原
