【摘要】 中国共产党国际形象是指国际社会对党自身特点的整体感知和综合评价。党是否拥有良好的国际形象,不仅关系到党能否获取执政合法性、实现长期执政的问题,也关系到党能否赢取国际社会的认同和支持。自成立以来,党始终高度重视自身国际形象的构建。构建积极、正面、向上的政党国际形象不仅能够助力国家发展,也有助于党提升国际话语权,提高国际影响力。本文通过挖掘党国际形象构建的价值内涵、逻辑理路、目标定位,考察新时代党构建国际形象的原则和路径,以期为推进党的国际形象建设提供理论参考。首先,本文对党的国际形象相关的基础理论进行梳理,回答了“中国共产党国际形象是什么”的问题,即党的国际形象是指党自身客观存在的内在特质,显化成国际社会民众大脑中对党的整体感知和综合评价。其次,本文论证了“新时代为什么要构建中国共产党国际形象”的问题。本文认为,这既是马克思主义政党建设理论在新时代演绎的理论逻辑,也是党在百年奋斗历程中实现发展壮大和不断胜利经验指引的历史逻辑,更是党在新时代推进自身建设和实现长期执政的实践逻辑。再次,本文对新时代党构建国际形象的目标定位即“新时代构建什么样的中国共产党国际形象”展开研究并得出结论。在新时代,党的国际形象构建目标主要包括以下四个方面:构建自我革命的先进型政党国际形象、人民至上的使命型政党国际形象、亲诚惠容的开放型政党国际形象、胸怀天下的担当型政党国际形象。最后,本文围绕“新时代如何构建中国共产党国际形象”这一问题,从构建原则和实践路径两个方面展开研究。在构建原则方面,本文提出应当坚持守正创新、问题导向、独立自主、胸怀天下四个原则。在此基础上,本文得出四个实践路径:深化自我革命进程以优化主体形象、提升治国理政效能以夯实形象基础、加快传播体系建设以促进形象传播、促进政党交流互鉴以提升形象认同。更多还原

【Abstract】 The International Image of the CPC refers to the overall perception and comprehensive evaluation of the Party’s own characteristics in the international community.Whether the Party has a good international image is not only related to the Party’s own construction and legitimacy of governance,but also an important starting point for winning the recognition and support of the international community.Since its founding,the CPC has always attached great importance to the construction of its international image.Building a positive and upward international image of the CPC can not only help national development,but also help the CPC enhance its international discourse power and enhance its international influence.By exploring the value connotation,logical path and goal positioning of the international image construction of the CPC,this paper examines the principles and paths of the CPC in building an international image in the new era,in order to provide a theoretical reference for promoting the construction of the international image of the CPC.First of all,this paper sorts out the basic theories related to the international image of the CPC and answers the question of"what is the international image of the CPC".That is,the international image of the CPC refers to the internal characteristics of the Party’s own objective existence,which manifests into the overall perception and comprehensive evaluation of the CPC in the brains of the people in the international community.Secondly,this paper argues the question of"why should the international image of the CPC be built in the new era".This paper believes that this is not only the theoretical logic of the inheritance and development of Marxist Party building theory in the new era,but also the historical logic of the Party’s experience of achieving development and growth and continuous victory in the course of a century of struggle,and it is also the practical logic of the Party to promote its own construction and achieve long-term ruling in the new era.Thirdly,this paper studies the goal of the construction of the CPC in the new era,that is,"what kind of international image of the CPC to build in the new era".In the new era,the Party’s international image construction goals mainly include the following four aspects:building the international image of an advanced political party with self-revolution,the international image of a mission-oriented political party that puts the people first,the international image of an open political party that is friendly and inclusive,and the international image of a responsible political party with the whole world in mind.Finally,this paper focuses on the question of"how to build the international image of the CPC in the new era",and studies the construction principles and practical paths.In terms of construction principles,we should adhere to the four principles of integrity and innovation,problem-oriented,independence and autonomy,and thinking of the world.On this basis,this paper draws four practical paths:deepening the process of self-revolution to optimize the image of the subject,improving the efficiency of governance to consolidate the image foundation,accelerating the construction of the communication system to promote image communication,and promoting exchanges and mutual learning between political parties to enhance image identity.更多还原
