【摘要】 当今人类正处于新一轮的科技革命中,社会因此正经历着巨大的发展变化,社区问题也随之引发人们大量的思考与探究。浙江省于2019年首次提出“未来社区”建设这一民生工程,旨在探索未来社区的最新理论在实践中应用的可能性,以及对人文的关怀性、为人们生活提供的服务性。本文将以未来社区“邻里场景”构建为出发点,以湖州市红树湾小区为设计对象,分析未来社区“邻里场景”视域下对居住区景观提出的设计目标和实践的可行性,研究红树湾小区的基本情况以及居民的生活需求,同时,深入分析红树湾小区景观设计所存在的问题以及制约因素,提出相应的优化设计方案,进而为政府相关政策的制定实施提供一定的理论支撑,寻求一种可复制、可推广的居住区邻里场景的构建方法。论文共分为五个部分。第一部分是绪论,主要包括本文研究的背景、国内外研究现状、研究目的及意义、研究内容与方法、技术路线与研究框架等内容。第二部分是关于居住区景观设计的内涵、特点和要求的研究,并借用瑞典的一分钟城市和成都温江万春英郦庄园案例,讨论了在居住区景观设计中首先要实现最基本的空间景观需求,然后再去考虑居住区的多样化发展。第三部分对未来社区及未来社区“邻里场景”相关理论、特点、设计要求与内容进行论述,通过对日本丰田的“编织之城”和上海嘉定智慧湾未来城市的分析,总结出未来社区建设的绿色生态性、可持续发展性和智慧性,提炼未来社区“邻里场景”建设要点。第四部分是对湖州市红树湾进行实地调研分析,从周边环境、居住区的设施配置、居民情况等方面展开分析,根据所存在的问题,构建了邻里儿童、邻里休闲、邻里文化、邻里宠物和邻里中心等景观空间,针对性地从“理论-实践”进一步优化红树湾未来社区“邻里场景”景观设计的思路与对策并在设计实践中进行体现。通过这些空间的设置,数据的采集和管理,提供必要的、舒适的功能空间,利用智能化信息管理平台采集居民活动数据进行排行,激发居民兴趣,主动参与居住区的空间活动,让居民自然进行交流与互动,真正实现邻里交往、加强邻里的情感联系,实现远亲不如近邻的美好邻里关系。第五部分是对全文的理论与设计实践进行总结,得到居住区景观设计、未来社区和未来社区邻里场景景观构建的设计要点,提出文章的不足之处,并对未来社区邻里场景理论后续的发展研究提出展望。更多还原

【Abstract】 Today,humanity is in a new round of technological revolution,and society is undergoing tremendous development and changes.Community issues have also sparked a lot of thinking and exploration among people.Zhejiang Province first proposed the"Future Community"construction as a livelihood project in 2019,aiming to explore the possibility of applying the latest theories of future communities in practice,as well as the care for humanity and the service provided for people’s lives.This article will take the future community"neighborhood scene"as the theoretical guidance,take the Hongshuwan community in Huzhou City as the design object,analyze the feasibility of the design goals and practices proposed for the residential landscape in the perspective of future community"neighborhood scene",study the basic situation of Hongshuwan community and the living needs of residents,and deeply analyze the problems and constraints in the landscape design of Hongshuwan community,propose corresponding optimization design schemes,and provide theoretical support for the formulation and implementation of relevant government policies,seeking a replicable and promotable method for constructing residential neighborhood scenes.The paper is divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction,which mainly includes the background of this study,the current research status at home and abroad,the research purpose and significance,the research content and methods,the technical route and research framework,etc.The second part is a study on the connotation,characteristics,and requirements of residential landscape design,and uses the case of One Minute City in Sweden and Wanchun Yingli Manor in Wenjiang,Chengdu to discuss the basic spatial landscape requirements in residential landscape design,followed by consideration of the diversified development of residential areas.The third part discusses the theory,characteristics,design requirements,and content of future communities and"neighborhood scenes".Through the analysis of Toyota’s"Weaving City"and Shanghai Jiading Smart Bay Future City,it summarizes the green ecology,sustainable development,and intelligence of future community construction,and extracts the key points of future community"neighborhood scene"construction.The fourth part is to conduct on-site research and analysis on Hongshu Bay in Huzhou City,analyzing the surrounding environment,facility configuration in residential areas,and resident situation.Based on the existing problems,landscape spaces such as neighborhood children,neighborhood leisure,neighborhood culture,neighborhood pets,and neighborhood centers were constructed.Targeted optimization of the future community"neighborhood scene"landscape design of Hongshu Bay was carried out through"theory practice"and reflected in the design practice.The fifth part is a summary of the theory and design practice of the entire article,obtaining the design points of residential area landscape design,future community,and future community neighborhood scene landscape construction,pointing out the shortcomings of the article,and proposing prospects for the future development research of community neighborhood scene theory.更多还原
