【摘要】 电线电缆行业作为国民经济的重要配套产业,其物料管理对企业的运营效率和市场竞争力具有关键作用。库存管理作为物料管理的核心环节,直接影响企业的成本控制、资金周转和生产连续性。在市场竞争日益激烈、原材料价格波动频繁的背景下,改进库存管理成为电线电缆企业提升运营效能、增强市场竞争力的关键所在。本文以Q公司为研究对象,该公司专注于电磁线系列产品的生产和销售。通过对Q公司物料库存管理现状的调查,发现Q公司在库存管理方面存在以下问题:库位占用过高,限制了仓储空间的有效利用,影响了日常操作流程;库存积压严重,大量物料和成品长期滞留在仓库中,导致资金周转效率低下,仓储成本大幅增加;库存周转率低,会增加资金占用和管理成本,降低运营效率和市场响应速度,严重削弱企业运营效益和竞争力;库存结构失衡,部分物料过剩而关键材料短缺,干扰了生产的连续性和稳定性。这些问题不仅增加了企业的运营成本,还削弱了企业的市场竞争力,亟需采取有效的改进措施加以解决。针对上述问题,本文提出以下改进措施:采用基于价值与需求双重标准的ABC-XYZ分类法,优化仓库布局,提升仓储空间利用率;改进需求预测方法,结合市场动态和历史数据,提高预测准确性,降低库存积压风险;改进订货模型,根据需求预测调整订货批量和频率,提升库存周转效率;加强生产计划管理,通过物料需求计划确保生产与库存的协调一致。同时,为确保改进方案有序落实,本文提出了相应的保障措施,这些措施有助于确保方案的顺利实施,提升企业内部协同效率,增强技术支撑能力,保障资源投入。本文通过对Q公司物料库存管理问题的研究,提出了一系列具有实践价值的解决方案和保障措施。这些研究成果不仅有助于Q公司改进库存管理,提升运营效率,还为同行业企业提供了有益的经验和参考,推动行业整体库存管理水平的提升。更多还原

【Abstract】 As an important supporting industry of the national economy,the material management of the wire and cable industry plays a crucial role in the operational efficiency and market competitiveness of enterprises.Inventory management,as the core link of material management,directly affects the cost control,capital turnover,and production continuity of enterprises.Against the backdrop of increasingly fierce market competition and frequent fluctuations in raw material prices,improving inventory management has become the key to enhancing operational efficiency and market competitiveness for wire and cable enterprises.This article takes Q Company as the research object,which focuses on the production and sales of electromagnetic wire series products.Through the investigation of the current situation of material inventory management in Q company,it was found that Q company has the following problems in inventory management:high occupancy of storage spaces,which limits the effective utilization of storage space and affects daily operational processes;Serious inventory backlog,with a large amount of materials and finished products stuck in the warehouse for a long time,resulting in low capital turnover efficiency and a significant increase in warehousing costs;Low inventory turnover rate will increase capital occupation and management costs,reduce operational efficiency and market response speed,and seriously weaken the operational efficiency and competitiveness of enterprises;The imbalance of inventory structure,with excess of some materials and shortage of key materials,has disrupted the continuity and stability of production.These problems not only increase the operating costs of enterprises,but also weaken their market competitiveness,and it is urgent to take effective improvement measures to solve them.In response to the above issues,this article proposes the following improvement measures:adopting the ABC-XYZ classification method based on the dual standards of value and demand,optimizing warehouse layout,and improving warehouse space utilization;Improve demand forecasting methods,combine market dynamics and historical data,improve forecasting accuracy,and reduce inventory backlog risks;Optimize the ordering model,adjust the ordering quantity and frequency based on demand forecasting,and improve inventory turnover efficiency;Strengthen production planning management and ensure the coordination and consistency between production and inventory through material requirement planning.At the same time,to ensure the orderly implementation of the improvement plan,this article proposes corresponding safeguard measures,which help to ensure the smooth implementation of the plan,enhance internal collaboration efficiency,strengthen technical support capabilities,and ensure resource investment.This article proposes a series of practical solutions and safeguard measures through the study of material inventory management issues in Q company.These research results not only help Q company improve inventory management and operational efficiency,but also provide useful experience and reference for peers in the industry,promoting the overall level of inventory management in the industry.更多还原
