【摘要】 高中思想政治课程是实现立德树人根本任务的关键课程,在新时代人才培养体系中发挥关键性作用。在新时代教育改革的纵深推进中,我国《教育现代化2035》明确提出“培养具有全球竞争力的人才”,全球化进程的深入使国际视野成为人才核心素养的重要组成部分。作为落实《关于深化新时代学校思想政治理论课改革创新的若干意见》的核心载体,高中思政课肩负着以“人类命运共同体”理念为引领、践行“立德树人”根本使命的时代重任,肩负着回应“时代之问”与“世界之问”的双重价值使命,其战略支点作用愈加显著,亟须通过国际视野培育实现有机统一,培养具备跨文化理解力和国际责任感的现代公民,既为参与国际人才竞争储备关键素养,更是回应时代挑战、培养时代新人的重要举措。本研究综合运用文献分析、问卷调查、访谈等方法,明确国际视野内涵,揭示高中思政课在国际视野培育在教师教学、学生学习、课程设计与评价体系、教学支持系统等方面存在等问题,其成因涉及教师专业发展相对滞后、教材内容存在一定矛盾、教学方法较为机械单一、评价体系不够多元全面、支持系统资源相对不足等多方面。针对这些问题,提出应遵循以学科核心素养为遵循、以课程教学内容为依托、以课程实践教学为手段的原则,通过提升教师国际视野培育能力、整合课程教学内容、选取恰当教学方法、丰富多元教学形式等策略,同时给出实施保障与成效评估措施,以期为高中思政课培育学生国际视野提供理论与实践指导。更多还原

【Abstract】 The senior high school ideological and political course is a crucial curriculum for fulfilling the fundamental task of fostering virtue through education,and it plays a pivotal role in the talent cultivation system in the new era.With the in-depth advancement of educational reform in the new era,China’s"Education Modernization2035"explicitly proposes the goal of"cultivating talents with global competitiveness".The deepening of the globalization process has made an international perspective an important part of the core qualities of talents.As the core carrier for implementing the"Several Opinions on Deepening the Reform and Innovation of School Ideological and Political Theory Courses in the New Era",the senior high school ideological and political course shoulders the heavy responsibility of the times,guided by the concept of the"community with a shared future for mankind"and fulfilling the fundamental mission of"fostering virtue through education".It also undertakes the dual value mission of responding to the"questions of the times"and the"questions of the world".Its strategic supporting role has become increasingly significant.There is an urgent need to achieve an organic unity through the cultivation of an international perspective,so as to cultivate modern citizens with cross-cultural understanding and international responsibility.This not only reserves key qualities for participating in international talent competition but is also a crucial measure to respond to the challenges of the times and cultivate new talents for the era.This study comprehensively applies methods such as literature analysis,questionnaire surveys,and interviews to clarify the connotation of the international perspective,and reveals the existing problems in the cultivation of the international perspective in senior high school ideological and political courses,including aspects such as teachers’teaching,students’learning,curriculum design and evaluation systems,and teaching support systems.The causes of these problems involve multiple aspects,such as the relatively lagging professional development of teachers,certain contradictions in the teaching materials,a relatively mechanical and single teaching method,an insufficiently diversified and comprehensive evaluation system,and relatively inadequate resources in the support system.In response to these problems,it is proposed that we should follow the principles of being guided by the core qualities of the subject,relying on the curriculum teaching content,and using curriculum practical teaching as a means.Strategies such as enhancing teachers’ability to cultivate students’international perspective,integrating the curriculum teaching content based on the cultivation of the international perspective,selecting appropriate teaching methods based on the cultivation of the international perspective,and strengthening the cultivation of the international perspective and enriching diversified teaching forms are put forward.At the same time,measures for implementation guarantee and effectiveness evaluation are provided,with the expectation of providing theoretical and practical guidance for cultivating students’international perspective in senior high school ideological and political courses.更多还原
