【副题名】以A社区Z家庭为例

【摘要】 在改革开放的宏观背景下,社会转型导致家庭结构发生转变,婚姻和家庭观念逐步发生改变,这一趋势对民众的婚姻观念产生了深远影响。婚姻自由的理念逐渐深入人心,离婚现象显著增加。离婚率的攀升进一步推动了再婚家庭的增多,从而引发了家庭结构的深刻变革,传统的家庭模式面临着新的挑战与重构。重组家庭由于结构的特殊性,导致家庭内部的亲职教育问题层出不穷,这不仅涉及到家庭结构的稳定更是影响孩子的成长环境,重组家庭父母基于亲职教育问题磨合是一个长期的问题,这为社会工作的介入提供了一个契机和介入空间。本研究立足于社会工作专业理论框架,通过问卷调查与参与性观察相结合的方法,对甘肃省A社区内选取的13户重组家庭进行了深入调研。基于收回的问卷,进一步厘清A社区重组家庭在亲职教育领域的现状概貌、困境及其原因。在把握实际状况的基础上,本研究运用个案工作的专业策略,针对存在亲职教育需求的Z重组家庭实施了针对性的实务干预。此干预旨在促进Z重组家庭建立内外一致的沟通模式,引导继父母群体反思并调整其教育理念,识别并弥补教育过程中的认知盲点。同时,通过教授科学有效的养育方法与技巧,助力继父母构建合理且富有弹性的家庭教育指导框架,旨在营造一个积极正向的重组家庭,从而有效促进重组家庭子女的全面健康发展。经过访谈笔者发现Z重组家庭存在以下问题:父母亲职角色失调,情感分配不均;继父与继子之间沟通不当,主动性差;孩子偏差行为超出父母教养能力,教养失灵;社区、学校等社会支持力量薄弱,欠缺支持。随后结合服务需求,笔者为Z重组家庭成员制定了服务目标和服务计划,计划共分为五个阶段,先后进行了十一次介入。在深入探究个案社会工作干预机制对于重组家庭亲职教育服务实践的效应时,笔者发现Z重组家庭掌握了更为科学合理的、针对继子女的教育方法与技术,进而展现出对自身情感及不当行为的自我调控能力。表明个案工作作为一种既专业又具备高度适应性的社会工作策略,对于促进重组家庭亲职教育质量的提升,展现出了卓越的应用潜力与实效性,通过多维度的介入和个性化服务,个案工作不仅帮助家长解决了亲职教育中的实际问题,还促进了家庭成员之间的情感交流和关系和谐,为孩子的健康成长营造了良好的家庭环境。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the macro context of reform and opening up,social transformation has led to a change in the family structure,and the concept of marriage and family has gradually changed,which has had a profound impact on the people’s concept of marriage.The idea of freedom of marriage gradually took hold,and divorce increased significantly.The rise of divorce rate further promotes the increase of stepfamilies,which leads to profound changes in family structure,and the traditional family model is facing new challenges and reconstruction.Due to the particularity of the structure of the reorganized family,problems of parental education within the family emerge one after another,which not only involves the stability of the family structure but also affects the growth environment of the children.The readjustment of parents in the reconstituted family based on the problems of parental education is a long-term problem,which provides an opportunity and space for the intervention of social work.Based on the theoretical framework of social work,this study conducted an in-depth investigation on 13 reorganized families selected from A community in Gansu Province through the combination of questionnaire survey and participant observation.Based on the collected questionnaires,this paper further clarifies the status quo,difficulties and reasons of the reconstituted families in the field of parental education in A community.On the basis of grasping the actual situation,this study uses the professional strategy of case work to implement targeted practical intervention for reconstituted families with parental education needs.This intervention aims to promote reconstituted families to establish a consistent communication mode inside and outside,guide stepparent groups to reflect and adjust their educational concepts,and identify and remedy cognitive blind spots in the educational process.At the same time,by teaching scientific and effective parenting methods and skills,we help steppes to build a reasonable and flexible family education guidance framework,aiming to create a positive reconstituted family,so as to effectively promote the comprehensive and healthy development of the children in the reconstituted family.After the interview,the author found that there are the following problems in the A reconstituted family:the imbalance of parental roles and the uneven distribution of emotions;Poor communication and initiative between stepfather and stepson;Children’s deviant behavior beyond the parenting ability of parents,parenting failure;Social support forces such as communities and schools are weak and lacking in support.Then,according to the service needs,the author formulated service objectives and service plans for Z reconstituted family members,which were divided into five stages and carried out 11 interventions successively.In the in-depth exploration of the effect of case social work intervention mechanism on the service practice of parental education in reconstituted families,the author found that the reconstituted families had mastered more scientific and reasonable education methods and techniques for stepchildren,and then showed their self-regulation ability to their own emotions and improper behaviors.It shows that casework,as a professional and highly adaptable social work strategy,has shown excellent application potential and effectiveness in promoting the improvement of the quality of reconstituted family parenting education.Through multi-dimensional intervention and personalized service,casework not only helps parents solve practical problems in parenting education,but also helps parents solve practical problems in parenting education.It also promotes the emotional communication and harmonious relationship between family members,and creates a good family environment for the healthy growth of children.更多还原
