【摘要】 劳动教育是中国特色社会主义教育体系的重要组成部分,是全面贯彻落实党的教育方针的基本要求。中国特色社会主义进入新时代以后,我国多次出台劳动教育相关文件并对劳动教育作出总体部署,提出要把劳动教育纳入人才培养全过程,要将劳动教育贯通大中小学各学段,培养出能够将理论融入实践,可以学以致用的高素质劳动者。同时,劳动教育也是一项长期且复杂的系统性教育工程,不仅需要各学段相互衔接、协同教学,也需要多方力量协同配合,然而受多种因素的影响,大中小学各学段劳动教育仍存在相互分离、各自为政的现象,影响了新时代劳动教育体系的构建。统筹推进大中小学劳动教育一体化建设是新时代劳动教育发展的迫切需要,是对我国劳动教育历史经验的传承和发展,是适应新时代生产力与社会关系的必然要求,是落实立德树人育人目标和培养全面发展时代新人的重要举措。本文以马克思主义劳动观及劳动教育相关文件为指导,主要从以下四个部分研究新时代大中小学劳动教育一体化建设问题:第一部分,主要阐明研究背景及意义、国内外研究现状、研究思路方法与创新之处。第二部分,对研究的相关内容、相关概念、理论依据及研究价值进行阐述,为问题的研究奠定了理论基础。第三部分,采用问卷调查法和访谈调查法对当前大中小学劳动教育一体化的基本现状进行调查,调查结果显示劳动教育一体化在稳健推行的同时,仍存在各学段劳动教育目标梯度性不足、教育内容衔接性不足、各学段教育主体缺乏有效协同、一体化教育评价管理机制不完善等问题。究其原因,主要在于各学段教育主体推动劳动教育一体化建设意识不强、劳动教育一体化建设理论准备不足、师资队伍建设不足、劳动教育一体化资源保障不足。第四部分,针对现存问题,运用系统思维,从一体化设计大中小学劳动教育目标和内容、创新大中小学劳动教育一体化实施方法、加强大中小学劳动教育一体化人才队伍建设、优化大中小学劳动教育一体化建设机制及构建“家校社”劳动教育一体化的三维格局五个方面,提出推进大中小学劳动教育一体化建设的对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 Labor education is an important component of the socialist education system with Chinese characteristics and a fundamental requirement for fully implementing the Party’s educational policy.After entering a new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics,China has repeatedly issued relevant documents on labor education and made overall arrangements for labor education.It is proposed to incorporate labor education into the entire process of talent cultivation,and to integrate labor education into all stages of primary,secondary,and tertiary education,cultivating high-quality workers who can integrate theory into practice and apply what they have learned.At the same time,labor education is a long-term and complex systematic education project that requires mutual connection and collaborative teaching among different stages,as well as collaborative efforts from multiple parties.However,due to various factors,there is still a phenomenon of separation and self governance in labor education among different stages of primary,secondary,and tertiary education,which affects the construction of the new era of labor education system.The coordinated promotion of the integration of labor education in primary,secondary,and tertiary schools is an urgent need for the development of labor education in the new era.It is the inheritance and development of China’s historical experience in labor education,an inevitable requirement to adapt to the relationship between productivity and society in the new era,and an important measure to implement the goal of moral education and nurturing new talents in the era of comprehensive development.This article is guided by Marxist labor theory and relevant documents on labor education,and mainly studies the integration of labor education in primary,secondary,and tertiary schools in the new era from the following four parts: The first part mainly elaborates on the research background and significance,domestic and foreign research status,research ideas,methods,and innovations.The second part elaborates on the relevant content,concepts,theoretical basis,and research value of the study,laying a theoretical foundation for the study of the problem.In the third part,a survey was conducted using questionnaire and interview methods to investigate the basic situation of the integration of labor education in primary,secondary,and tertiary schools.The survey results showed that while the integration of labor education is being steadily promoted,there are still problems such as insufficient gradient of labor education goals in each stage,insufficient connectivity of education content,lack of effective collaboration among education subjects in each stage,and imperfect evaluation and management mechanisms for integrated education.The main reason lies in the weak awareness of various educational subjects in promoting the integration of labor education,insufficient theoretical preparation for the integration of labor education,insufficient construction of teaching staff,and insufficient guarantee of resources for the integration of labor education.The fourth part,in response to existing problems,applies systematic thinking to propose strategies for promoting the integration of labor education in primary,secondary,and tertiary schools from five aspects: designing the goals and content of integrated labor education,innovating the implementation methods of integrated labor education in primary,secondary,and tertiary schools,strengthening the construction of talent teams for integrated labor education in primary,secondary,and tertiary schools,optimizing the construction mechanism of integrated labor education in primary,secondary,and tertiary schools,and constructing a three-dimensional pattern of "family school community" labor education integration.更多还原
