【摘要】 随着城市化进程的加快,社区公共空间的改造与利用成为城市规划和社区发展的重要议题。其中,公益性改造项目因其能够充分考虑居民生活诉求、有效整合社区资源等优点成为改造的重要方向,但公益性改造项目效果与居民参与程度有很大关系。因此,探究社区公共空间公益性改造项目居民参与意愿的影响因素及作用机理具有重要意义。本文基于相关理论及文献研究,识别出外部环境、项目属性、居民主观和人口统计学四类影响因素,并筛选出16个二级影响因素;基于影响因素对居民参与意愿的作用关系分析提出研究假设,构建居民参与意愿影响因素作用机理模型;运用问卷调查法完成数据收集,利用SPSS23.0和Amos26.0数理统计软件工具,使用方差分析、结构方程模型分析各影响因素对居民参与意愿的作用机理。研究发现:人口统计学因素中,年龄、家庭人数和家庭结构在居民参与意愿上有显著差异;项目属性因素中,舒适性、开放性、感官性对居民参与意愿具有直接正向显著影响;外部环境因素中,政策因素、社会氛围、信息因素通过居民主观因素的中介作用间接影响居民参与意愿;居民主观因素中,感知有用性、态度对居民参与意愿有直接正向显著影响。最后,基于模型分析结果,从营造外部良好环境、提升项目服务质量、强化居民主观意识、优化社区组织管理四个方面提出提升居民参与意愿的策略。该研究成果丰富了以往在社区空间改造居民参与方面的理论研究,同时可以帮助解决当前社区公共空间公益性改造项目中居民参与度不高的问题,对鼓励居民参与社区管理、促进公共空间的可持续利用及推进城市可持续发展具有重要意义。图14幅,表27个,参考文献159篇更多还原

【Abstract】 With the acceleration of urbanization,the transformation and utilization of community public spaces have become an important issue in urban planning and community development.Among them,public welfare renovation projects have become an important direction for renovation due to their advantages of fully considering the living needs of residents and effectively integrating community resources.However,the effectiveness of public welfare renovation projects is closely related to the degree of resident participation.Therefore,it is of great significance to explore the influencing factors and mechanism of residents’willingness to participate in the public welfare renovation project of community public space.Based on relevant theories and literature research,this article identifies four types of influencing factors:external environment,project attributes,subjective residents,and demographic factors,and screens out16 secondary influencing factors;Based on the analysis of the relationship between influencing factors and residents’willingness to participate,propose research hypotheses and construct a mechanism model for the influencing factors of residents’willingness to participate;Using questionnaire survey method to complete data collection,using SPSS 23.0and Amos 26.0 mathematical statistical software tools,using analysis of variance and structural equation modeling to analyze the mechanism of various influencing factors on residents’willingness to participate.Research has found that among demographic factors,age,number of families,and family structure have significant differences in residents’willingness to participate;Among the project attribute factors,comfort,openness,and sensory perception have a direct positive and significant impact on residents’willingness to participate;Among external environmental factors,policy factors,social atmosphere,and information factors indirectly affect residents’willingness to participate through the mediating effect of subjective factors;Among the subjective factors of residents,perceived usefulness and attitude have a direct and significant positive impact on their willingness to participate.Finally,based on the model analysis results,strategies are proposed to enhance residents’willingness to participate from four aspects:creating a favorable external environment,improving project service quality,strengthening residents’subjective awareness,and optimizing community organization and management.The research results enrich the previous theoretical research on residents’participation in community space transformation,and can help solve the problem of low residents’participation in the current public welfare renovation projects of community public space,which is of great significance for encouraging residents to participate in community management,promoting the sustainable use of public space and promoting sustainable urban development.更多还原
