产学研合作对新产品开发绩效影响研究

【摘要】 当前,科技革命和产业变革正处于加速发展阶段,推动战略性和先导性新兴产业的成长,并培育优质企业,已成为全球各国抢占科技与经济高地、促进经济增长的关键策略。尽管我国在战略性新兴产业的核心技术和产品方面已取得一定突破,但整体上仍未完全摆脱技术受制于人的局面。在此背景下,企业、高校和科研院所之间的协同合作成为推动创新的重要途径,为破解当前技术瓶颈和产业升级困境提供了可能的解决方案。从微观层面来看,经济全球化与数字化的快速推进加剧了技术更新的速度,创新所需的知识和技术资源日益分散且多样化。企业在技术突破和产品创新过程中不可避免地面临无法靠自己解决的瓶颈和阻碍,单靠内部资源难以实现持续的技术进步和产品创新。因此,越来越多的企业开始寻求与上下游合作伙伴、学术机构及科研单位等外部组织建立合作关系,以获取新产品开发所需的技术与知识,从而提升自身的创新能力和市场竞争力。在产学研合作体系中,企业通常具备敏锐的市场洞察力和产业化能力,而高校和科研院所则拥有扎实的基础研究能力、丰富的研发设施以及高水平的科研人才。通过产学研合作,各方可以联合资源,形成优势互补,共同攻克产业发展中的关键技术和知识瓶颈,推动技术突破与产品创新,提高企业新产品开发的绩效。因此,本文以“产学研合作对新产品开发绩效的影响研究”为题,旨在通过实证分析,探讨产学研合作如何成为提升新产品开发绩效的有效途径。这不仅有助于丰富产学研合作动机与新产品开发绩效之间关系的理论研究,还能为企业实践提供科学依据和策略指导。为了深入研究产学研合作在提升新产品开发绩效中的作用,本文以新能源汽车产业为例,围绕以下四个关键研究问题展开探讨:第一,产学研合作的广度和深度如何影响新产品开发绩效?第二,企业的数字化水平如何影响新产品开发绩效?第三,产学研合作的广度和深度是否通过影响企业的数字化水平,从而间接提升新产品开发绩效?第四,企业的吸收能力在产学研合作广度、深度与新产品开发绩效之间起到何种调节作用?围绕这些研究问题,本文将构建理论框架,并结合实证分析进行系统探讨。本文的主要研究结论如下:首先,产学研合作的广度对企业新产品开发绩效的影响呈倒“U”型关系,即合作广度的增加在初期有助于提升新产品开发绩效,但当合作广度超过一定阈值后,可能由于协调成本上升、资源分散等因素,反而对绩效产生抑制作用;其次,产学研合作的深度对新产品开发绩效具有正向促进作用,即深层次的合作有助于技术突破和产品创新;第三,产学研合作的广度与深度均能够提升企业的数字化水平;第四,企业的数字化水平对新产品开发绩效具有正向促进作用;第五,数字化水平在产学研合作广度、深度与新产品开发绩效之间发挥了中介作用,即企业通过提升数字化水平可以进一步增强产学研合作对新产品开发绩效的正向影响;第六,企业的吸收能力对产学研合作的影响效果具有正向调节作用,即企业吸收能力越强,产学研合作广度和深度对新产品开发绩效的提升作用越明显。综上所述,本文证明了产学研合作是提升企业新产品开发绩效的有效路径,企业可以将其作为推动技术创新和提升市场竞争力的重要战略手段。

【Abstract】 Currently,the technological revolution and industrial transformation are acc elerating,driving the growth of strategic and pioneering emerging industries wh ile fostering high-quality enterprises.This has become a crucial strategy for co untries worldwide to secure new technological and economic frontiers and stim ulate economic growth.Although China has made notable breakthroughs in the core technologies and products of strategic emerging industries,it has not yet fully escaped technological dependency.Against this backdrop,collaboration a mong enterprises,universities,and research institutions has become an essential pathway for innovation,offering potential solutions to technological bottleneck s and industrial upgrading challenges.At the micro level,the rapid advancement of economic globalization and digitalization has accelerated technological renewal,making the knowledge and technological resources required for innovation increasingly fragmented and dive rsified.Enterprises often struggle to address all challenges in technological brea kthroughs and product innovation solely with internal resources.Due to various constraints on independent innovation,enterprises find it difficult to achieve c ontinuous technological progress and product development on their own.Conse quently,an increasing number of enterprises are seeking partnerships with exter nal organizations,such as upstream and downstream collaborators,academic ins titutions,and research entities,to acquire the necessary technologies and knowl edge for new product development,thereby enhancing their innovation capacity and market competitiveness.Within the industry-academia-research cooperation framework,enterprises ty pically possess sharp market insights and industrialization capabilities,whereas universities and research institutions have solid foundational research abilities,e xtensive R&D facilities,and high-caliber scientific talent.Through such coopera tion,all parties can pool their resources,leverage their strengths,and jointly o vercome critical technological and knowledge bottlenecks in industrial developm ent.This collaboration fosters technological breakthroughs and product innovatio n,ultimately improving enterprises’new product development performance.Ther efore,this study,titled"The Impact of Industry-Academia-Research Cooperation on New Product Development Performance,"aims to empirically analyze how such cooperation serves as an effective mechanism for enhancing new product development performance.This research not only contributes to the theoretical exploration of the relationship between the motivations for industry-academia-r esearch cooperation and improvements in new product development performance but also provides enterprises with scientific guidance and strategic insights for practical application.To delve deeper into the role of industry-academia-research cooperation in enhancing new product development performance,this study explores the follo wing four key research questions:First,how do the breadth and depth of indu stry-academia-research cooperation influence new product development performa nce?Second,how does the level of digitalization in enterprises affect new pro duct development performance?Third,do the breadth and depth of industry-aca demia-research cooperation indirectly enhance new product development perform ance by influencing enterprises’digitalization levels?Fourth,what role does abs orptive capacity play in moderating the relationship between the breadth and de pth of industry-academia-research cooperation and new product development per formance?This study will construct a theoretical framework and systematically investigate these research questions through empirical analysis.The key findings of this study are as follows:First,the breadth of industr y-academia-research cooperation exhibits an inverted U-shaped relationship with new product development performance,meaning that while an initial increase in cooperation breadth enhances performance,excessive breadth eventually supp resses it due to rising coordination costs and resource dispersion.Second,the d epth of industry-academia-research cooperation positively influences new product development performance,as deeper collaboration fosters technological breakth roughs and product innovation.Third,both the breadth and depth of industry-a cademia-research cooperation enhance enterprises’digitalization levels.Fourth,i mprovements in digitalization levels contribute positively to new product develo pment performance.Fifth,digitalization acts as a mediating factor between the breadth and depth of industry-academia-research cooperation and new product d evelopment performance,meaning that enterprises can further strengthen the po sitive effects of cooperation on performance by enhancing their digitalization le vels.Sixth,absorptive capacity plays a positive moderating role in the relations hip between industry-academia-research cooperation and new product developme nt performance,meaning that the stronger the absorptive capacity,the more pro nounced the positive impact of cooperation breadth and depth on performance.In conclusion,this study confirms that industry-academia-research cooperati on is an effective pathway for improving enterprises’new product development performance.Enterprises should actively establish and deepen industry-academi a-research collaboration mechanisms,making them a key strategy for driving te chnological innovation and enhancing market competitiveness.
