制造业企业供应链数字化转型影响因素研究

【摘要】 随着数字技术的蓬勃发展和制造业的深度融合,全球制造业正迎来一场前所未有的变革浪潮。数字化作为第四次工业革命的核心驱动力,正以前所未有的速度重塑全球产业格局,为传统制造业注入创新活力。制造业企业数字化转型已成为推动产业升级和提升竞争力的关键路径。因此,深入剖析影响数字化转型的关键因素,不仅有助于企业精准识别转型过程中的核心痛点,更能为其制定科学合理的转型策略提供理论依据和实践指导,具有重要的理论价值和现实意义。基于供应链数字转型理论框架及相关影响因素分析方法的现有成果,本文以A制造业企业为研究对象,对其供应链数字化升级的当前发展状况展开深入探讨。运用扎根理论,采用文献提取和专家访谈法,利用三级编码技术识别出制造业企业供应链数字化转型的影响因素,构建了A制造业企业供应链数字化转型指标体系,包含资源能力、技术创新、动态管理、外部因素及其他因素5个一级指标和20个二级指标。采用问卷调研方式获取企业员工对供应链数字化变革驱动因素的认知数据,运用SPSS与AMOS统计工具,先后进行数据正态性检验、可靠性及效度分析、探索性与验证性因子分析以及变量关联性研究,建立结构方程模型,探究各因素的作用机制与影响程度,最终确定核心驱动要素。本文最终结果表明,技术创新、资源能力、动态管理、外部因素以及其他因素这五大范畴均对供应链数字化转型程度有着显著正向影响,其中动态管理的影响程度最大,其次为技术创新。基于研究结论,本文提出了有针对性的优化策略及保障措施,旨在为A制造业企业实现供应链数字化转型提供参考借鉴。

【Abstract】 With the vigorous development of digital technology and the deep integration of manufacturing,the global manufacturing industry is ushering in an unprecedented wave of change.Digitization,as the core driving force of the Fourth Industrial Revolution,is reshaping the global industrial landscape at an unprecedented speed,injecting innovative vitality into traditional manufacturing.The modernization through digital of manufacturing enterprises has become a pivotal strategy to achieving industrial modernization and sustaining market leadership.Therefore,in-depth analysis of the key factors affecting digital transformation not only helps enterprises accurately identify the core pain points in the transformation process,but also enables the derivation of scientifically validated approaches through integrated theoretical-practical constructs and reasonable transformation strategies,which has important theoretical value and practical significance.Based on the existing research outcomes of the supply chain digital transformation theory framework and related influencing factor analysis methods,this article takes A manufacturing enterprise as the research object and conducts in-depth exploration of its current development status of supply chain digital upgrading.Using grounded theory,literature extraction,and expert interviews,core enablers propelling digital transformation across manufacturing supply chains were identified using three-level coding technology.An evaluation framework was developed to assess digital transformation levels within Manufacturer A’s supply chain operations,which includes five primary indicators of resource capability,technological innovation,dynamic management,external factors,and other factors,and 20secondary indicators.We conducted a questionnaire survey to obtain cognitive data on the driving factors of supply chain digital change among enterprise employees.We used SPSS and AMOS statistical tools to conduct normality tests,reliability and validity analyses,exploratory and confirmatory factor analyses,and variable correlation studies.We established a structural equation model to explore the mechanisms and degrees of influence of each factor,and ultimately determined the core driving factors.The research results indicate that technological innovation,resource capability,dynamic management,external factors,and other factors all have a significant positive impact on the degree of digital transformation of the supply chain,with dynamic management having the greatest impact,followed by technological innovation.Based on the research findings,this article proposes targeted optimization strategies and safeguard measures,aiming to provide reference and guidance for A manufacturing companies to implement modernization of its supply chain.
